Must be a Crunch Fitness member, 18+ and in good standing to enter. Winner will receive $5,000(AUD). The prize money will be directly deposited into the winner’s nominated bank account within 4 weeks after prize is claimed. Winner will be obligated to participate in some marketing/promotional activities around competition. Crunch Fitness shall not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion.

Prize is non-transferable. Competition starts Thursday 1st December 2022 and ends Tuesday 28th Feb 2023. Winner will be drawn by Monday 13th March 2023 and announced by Monday 20th March 2023 on social media. Winner will also be contacted via email and telephone. Prize must be claimed by Friday 31st March 2023. NeV Australia employees, their friends and family are not entitled to enter the draw.

In the event of a prize being unavailable due to circumstances beyond Crunch Fitness’s control, a substitute prize of similar value will be given at Crunch Fitness’s discretion. Crunch reserves the right to alter the competition criteria, start and end dates at their discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
