For as long as I can remember I have always been a very active individual. Not only has exercise helped me mentally through a sense of confidence and self awareness, but it has also allowed me to push myself physically and achieve things I never thought I could. I began my career in personal training because I wanted others to feel the same, to become better versions of themselves. Exercise shouldn’t be a chore but something you look forward to, which is why I think it’s important to build a healthy relationship with it. By guiding and challenging you throughout tailored sessions based on your goals, I will help you build your mental and physical confidence and wellbeing. ‘Movement is medicine’

Qualifications

Bachelor of Health Sciences Majoring
in Exercise Science and Nutrition
(Deakin University, completed 2020)
• Cert III in fitness (FIA Fitnation, completed 2019)
• Cert IV in fitness (FIA Fitnation, completed 2020)
• First Aid and CPR

Experience

3+ years of experience in the health
and fitness industry.
• 4 years of rowing (Morongo Medal).
• level for both cross country and athletics.
• Taught a variety of group fitness classes
(spin, core conditioning, circuit training & HIIT).
• Competed in numerous events such as
The Run Melbourne and Eureka Climb.
