I love all things fitness, and want to help all my clients achieve their goals tailored to their own personal health and fitness journeys.
I have a keen interest in surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, water sports and of course… lifting heavy things! I also have a background in mixed martial arts.
There is no one size fits all when it comes to looking after our bodies, minds and health. I believe physical activity, consistency, inclusive and fun training is integral to a healthy and balanced life.
All fitness levels are encouraged and welcomed. Whether you would like to focus on endurance, weight loss, muscle gain or simply moving better, I thrive on a challenge and breaking through plateaus.

- Certificate III in Fitness – Group Training
- Certificate IV in Fitness – Personal Training
- First Aid, CPR
- Trades background
- Swimming bronze medallion
- MMA Intermediate
Experience
- Trained Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) under Ed Bavelock for 3 years.
- Experience in a wide range of training styles.
- 10+ years exercise experience.
- Group X Trainer.
