I am a passionate personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 8 years experience. My fitness journey began after studying to be a ballerina, and I’ve carried that same passion and discipline into inspiring others. I love what I do; motivating and supporting people to enjoy exercise and embrace a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. But what takes the cake for me is watching people achieve their goals and seeing the happiness and confidence it brings them – it’s the most rewarding feeling.
Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma of Dance – The Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, 2013
- Cert III & IV in Fitness – FIA Fitnation, 2016
- Cycle Instructor Certification – 2018
- Les Mills Body Pump Certification – 2022
- Up to date First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children’s Check
Experience
- Over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry
- Worked with clients of all ages, from children to seniors
- Extensive experience training dancers, drawing on my background to understand their unique needs and goals
Specialist Areas
- Specialize in training individuals 1:1, in small group sessions, and coaching large groups of up to 30 participants
- Tailor training sessions based on individual abilities and goals, favouring HIIT, cardio endurance, strength and conditioning, core strength and stability, whilst focusing on proper form and technique
- Provide guidance on effective and sustainable training and nutrition strategies to help improve body composition
- As a group fitness instructor I teach a range of classes: barre, bootcamp, HIIT, strength and conditioning, cycle
