I am passionate about fitness. I have practiced different styles of martial arts from a very young age such as Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Vietnamese martial arts philosophy, Karate, Taekwondo and Kickboxing. It is a great sport to include in your strength training and fitness goals where possible.

I love to help people achieve whatever their fitness goals are. Seeing people transforming, getting stronger, healthier and happier. This makes me happy as it’s my achievement too, we do it together! I am the founder of BE FIT Strong Body Strong Mind, running Bootcamp sessions and Personal Trainer for all levels of fitness with success.
