Our Crunch Fitness Parramatta gym has moved to a brand new facility on Church Street. Close to shops, eateries and the train station, it’s your new local fitness centre in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Our mantra is to encourage you to come as you are with no judgments. Over 1800 sqm and 3 levels of fun with tons of cardio equipment, free weights, resistance equipment, UTC training centre and heaps of olympic squat racks! In addition, we loads of world famous heart pumping classes to get you moving, so check out our timetable. No matter what you’re looking to do we can help you with our personal trainers who are fully trained to get the results you want.
