Rachel Wang

Group Fitness Instructor

Rachel Wang has been part of the crunch Family for quite some time now! She has been teaching for 9 years and her Fatburning Pilates and Flow Yoga classes can be experiened at Mortdale.

Her certifications are;Yoga, Pilates and First Aid

Fun Fact; Rachel has 2 little kids and practiced yoga during her pregnancy.
