Anthony Takianos

Group Fitness Instructor

Anthony leads the Group Fitness teams at Hoppers Crossing and Epping. You can catch him down at Highpoint too and he will help get you into shape!

With 9 years of fitness leadership, 25 years playing Football,  Soccer Coaching for both youth & Senior Football as well as Strength & Conditioning coaching, he comes to coach you with an array of expertise.

His favourite kind of workout is anything HIIT based

Certifications:

Cert IV & III Fitness/Football(Soccer) Coach/strength & conditioning, Metafit, Strong(by Zumba) Nation

Classes currently teaches: Total HIIT, Abs Butt Thighs, BodyShred,
Adrenaline, Ultimate Conditioning, Tread & Burn

Fun fact; He ran the 1st ever crunch fitness Melbourne class back in 2015 @Highpoint
