Anthony leads the Group Fitness teams at Hoppers Crossing and Epping. You can catch him down at Highpoint too and he will help get you into shape!
With 9 years of fitness leadership, 25 years playing Football, Soccer Coaching for both youth & Senior Football as well as Strength & Conditioning coaching, he comes to coach you with an array of expertise.
His favourite kind of workout is anything HIIT based
