Our Crunch Fitness Mortdale gym is conveniently located at Mortdale Plaza in Sydney’s South. We have everything you need to help you along your personal fitness journey. We have over 85 pieces of cardio equipment, plenty of free weights & resistance equipment, kettlebells, boxing bags, the Ultimate Training Centre with torsonator, ropes, rock grip pull stations and so much more. Even better, this is all under a massive 1,900 sqm gym centre for you. Not sure where to start? We have world class personal trainers that help you from day 1. Or you can try one of our heart pumping classes (Zumba & Pilates just to name a couple) to get started with people just like you!
