Bridget McGlade – Group Fitness Coordinator

Meet Bridget the GFC at Nunawading and Richmond.
She has been teaching for 18 years. She is qualified in many different programs including anything freestyle, spin, step, hiit, boxing, Pilates, Pilates reformer, and aqua. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer.
Her favourite programs are the strength based programs. These are her favourites because she loves training weights and in a group format it makes it more fun!
Bridget loves Crunch because it’s such a fun positive environment and with awesome facilities !
When she’s not having fun taking classes, you’ll find her training for IFBB Bikini Comps, out walking her dog or going out for dinner with friends. She enjoys trying new places to eat.
