What is BIG 5?

A focus on the 5 major lifts and their variations, executed in a small group setting

What Are The 5 Major Lifts?

·       Back Squat

·       Deadlift

·       Bench Press

·       Bent over row

·       Overhead Press

Why Are These Important?

·       Compound movements (they use multiple muscle groups)

·       Foundational movements of human function

Reasons To Do The Big 5:

·       Learn proper technique

·       Safely increase weight under guidance of a qualified Pt and group coach

·       Experience an effectively programmed full body weights session

·       Work in with a spotter for confidence and safety

·       Learn various variations to include in your own programming
