What can I expect in a STRENGTH class?
A strength type of workout is guaranteed to get you body-sculpting results! Be guided by a coach, explore Olympic lifting, free weights, Kettlebells, bands, bodyweight exercises, and more in a supportive class environment to help you build strength and sculpt your body.

 

Are STRENGTH classes suited to me?
Absolutely! This type of workout is for all fitness levels and is inviting as it involves many low impact exercises. But don't be fooled, you're highly likely to feel the burn and have an increased heart rate in these types of classes as well.

What do I need to bring to a STRENGTH class?
BYO mat and always bring a towel and water bottle.
