Our signature Pilates classes create long lasting results by drawing on traditional pilates techniques mixed with a modern fusion of movement to energizing music. These classes will leave you feeling balanced and centered as you experience a variety of exercises that enhance body awareness and alignment, improve technique, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, and boost your posture.

 

Is Pilates suited to me?
This class type is certainly for everyone. Our instructors like to cater towards you and appreciate when you speak with them prior to start time to mention any injuries or conditions you may have. This allows for them to adjust if needed and caters for all fitness levels, providing everyone with the most effective workout.
