What is Sweat?

Sweat classes combine high-intensity, calorie-burning cardio with fast-paced training, designed to push your body in new ways. From interval-based workouts to full-body circuits, we’ll keep you on your toes with a variety of cardio styles that ensure you get results while having fun.


What Can I Expect in a Sweat Class?

In these classes, expect to work hard, sweat, and feel your heart rate climb and drop as you alternate between high-intensity bursts of movement and recovery periods. Whether you're sprinting on a treadmill, jumping on a box, or working through bodyweight exercises, each workout will challenge your endurance and strength.

This mix of cardio styles—like sprints, cycling, and bodyweight circuits—ensures you’re always switching it up and constantly improving your fitness. You’ll burn calories, build strength, and boost your metabolism long after you leave the studio.

What Do I Need to Bring to a Sweat Class?

Make sure to bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle to stay hydrated and comfortable. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to get set up. Other equipment (like weights, resistance bands, etc.) is provided by Crunch Fitness.
