This style is best suited for the beginner to intermediate. This style yoga is emphasised on the breath connection with movement. Incorporating a few Astanga Asanas (postures). Finishing off with Shavasana (relaxation) and Meditation.

Boxing

Muay Thai is often referred to as "The Science of the Eight Limbs"; your feet, hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all employed extensively with tremendous effectiveness in this highly cardiovascular martial art. BOXING CONDITIONING

Celebrity Body [P]

Ever wanted a body that looks just like your favourite celebs? If so, this Hollywood-inspired class is for you. You’ll go through the same workouts that give some of today’s hottest stars – Beyonce, J Lo, Madonna – their physiques. Celebrity Body constantly focuses on different body parts, making for a head-to-toe transformation.

CHISEL

Get chiselled in this total body strength class. Chisel features compound strength based movements built in a block format. Chisel utilizes heavier weights and slower tempo movement throughout the workout along with Chisel Challenges to push you to the max!

Circuit City [P]

Hit every muscle group as you burn calories zipping through stations of different fitness equipment from the BOSU® to kettlebells to medicine balls to jump ropes.

Contemporary Dance

An athletic yet graceful style of dance set to expressive music. Learn technical dance moves and choreography while getting a great workout. (No other gym has this… usually seen at dance schools!)

Core Yoga

This yoga uses stretching, physical movement, breathing and other practical yoga techniques to help you achieve strong abdominals, back and improved posture.

Cycle Fusion

Hour of Power! Get the body you`ve dreamed off in this fun and challenging Fusion class mixing cardio, cycle, and strength training. If you like variety in your full body workout, this is the class for you!

Dynamic Vinyasa

Vinyasa means breathing systems. Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic practice. The breath is used as a constant point of reference for returning to and resting in the present moment. All levels are welcome.

Electro Stretch

A stretch based class that is performed to electro/house beats. This class develops both strength and flexibility and is a dynamic flow that allows you to breathe to the beat.

Fab Abs

Pick up a six-pack! This 30 minute class is designed to help you sculpt a six-pack by incorporating super-effective, ab-activating, firming and toning exercises.

Fat Burning Pilates (FBP) [P]

Calorie burning cardio and Pilates based toning combine to maximize your fat burning potential. FBP incorporates the flow of dance and principles of Pilates. Participants need to bring their own mat.

Flow Yoga

Functional Yoga

Gladiator

Hardcore Abs

Hatha Yoga [P]

High Roller

FLASH CLASS! The ultimate workout of chance! In this class the exercises and duration are determined by the roll of a dice. Never the same class twice! A full body workout with cardio, strength and endurance.

HIIT THE ROAD

High intensity interval training (HIIT) meets the HITS! Using interval training techniques, this ride blows by as you groove and move to the HITS of each decade. Ride through a musical journey as you burn calories and build up a sweat performing intense interval work efforts.
