Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a perfect combination of modified heart pumping cardio and functional training. Each workout is made accountable with both the format and the equipment changing weekly to make for increased calorie burn and total body workout.

Absolution

Standing functional core training is combined with floor ab exercises to give you a vigorous core strengthening experience.

ABT: Abs, Butt and Thighs [P]

Adrenaline [P] (formerly INSANITY)

Test your limits, physically and mentally. Bollywood Dance

Brazilian Carnival [P]

Sweat it out for summer with some hot samba rhythms as Crunch brings you the ultimate dance flavour of Brazil! This class will help you break down the moves, shake off some calories and move to some vibrant, authentic beats.

Broadway Dance

A theatre inspired dance workout featuring numbers from your favourite musicals! Let the instructor take you through some of the dance numbers from Chicago, Wicked, Dream Girls, West Side Story, and many more!

Burlesque Dolls [P]

Caponyasa [P]

This fusion class combines the endurance, speed and strategy of Capoeira, a form of Brazilian martial arts, with the flow and poise of yoga for a dynamic Vinyasa sequence that will work out both your body and mind.

Cardio Kickboxing

Easy to follow, drill based kickboxing exercises set to music. This class is designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind.

Celebrity Body [P]

Ever wanted a body that looks just like your favourite celebs? If so, this Hollywood-inspired class is for you. You’ll go through the same workouts that give some of today’s hottest stars – Beyonce, J Lo, Madonna – their physiques. Celebrity Body constantly focuses on different body parts, making for a head-to-toe transformation.

Circuit City [P]

Hit every muscle group as you burn calories zipping through stations of different fitness equipment from the BOSU® to kettlebells to medicine balls to jump ropes.

Contemporary Dance

An athletic yet graceful style of dance set to expressive music. Learn technical dance moves and choreography while getting a great workout. (No other gym has this… usually seen at dance schools!)

Core Yoga

This yoga uses stretching, physical movement, breathing and other practical yoga techniques to help you achieve strong abdominals, back and improved posture.

Dance Tabata

Get 30 minutes of heart pumpin’ dance based skills along with a warm up and cool down in this express class based on a Japanese Training method – TABATA! Intervals of 4 minutes, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Guaranteed to help boost your metabolism and get you fit fast.

Dynamic Vinyasa

Vinyasa means breathing systems. Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic practice. The breath is used as a constant point of reference for returning to and resting in the present moment. All levels are welcome.

Electro Stretch

A stretch based class that is performed to electro/house beats. This class develops both strength and flexibility and is a dynamic flow that allows you to breathe to the beat.

Fat Burning Pilates (FBP) [P]

Calorie burning cardio and Pilates based toning combine to maximize your fat burning potential. FBP incorporates the flow of dance and principles of Pilates. Participants need to bring their own mat.

Fight Fit

Using pads and gloves this class develops fitness, coordination, strength and confidence. The ultimate workout inspired by traditional Muay Thai fighting. Equipment Needed: Boxing Gloves (Please bring your own)

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is about linking the breath with the pose. This class will move from pose to pose in a smooth, easy manner, like Meditation in Motion. On a deeper level, as resistance is released and tension is shed, you will be able flow with the present moment.

Functional Yoga

Bring yourself back to centre in this yoga class designed to improve your posture, increase strength and tone your core. Regain focus as you build strength through yoga balance poses and deep breathing techniques.

Groove Yoga

Chill out to awesome tunes whilst being taken through an invigorating Power Vinayasa class.

Gym Antics

Be strong and train different! Bring out your playful side and challenge your body in a number of different ways: physical strength, mental strength, arm balances, inversions, and more. Plenty of core conditioning and functional, primal movement using various pieces of equipment in a way you’ve never seen before.

Hardcore Abs

Pick up a six-pack! This 30 minute class is completely dedicated to helping you sculpt a six-pack by incorporating super-effective, ab-activating, firming and toning exercises.

Hatha Yoga [P]

Start your weekend off right, with a cocktail of breath and movement. Sip in sweet air as you sweat out the stresses of the week. Creative flow sequences move you from one energizing asana to another while linking each movement with your breath. Your body will be enlivened and energized, ready to relax into the weekend. Hip Hop Heels

Hot Hatha Yoga

Iron Mat Pilates

Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop (JFH)

Latin Rhythms

Powermetrics fuses action sports and basic dance steps to cater a plyometric class for all levels.
